All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake. We cannot refund due to sizing issues. Please contact us at email@example.com or DM us on Instagram @twicelovved within 7 days of delivery date with any issues with your order.
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Orders are shipped through USPS standard First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking information is sent to the email provided at checkout.
Orders are out of our control once shipped within the 1-3 business day mark. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS for questions or concerns regarding shipping delays or to file a missing package claim.
We are only shipping within the U.S. currently.
